Ed Elhaderi obtained his B.Sc. from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Tripoli, and received a Ph.D. in Chem­i­cal Engi­neer­ing from the Uni­ver­si­ty of South­ern Cal­i­for­nia. Since then, he has become a bro­ker and investor in real estate. Ed is devot­ed to learn­ing as much as he can about the tra­di­tions and the his­to­ry of the Jews of Libya and shar­ing that knowl­edge with his com­mu­ni­ty. He is also a Nation­al Alliance on Men­tal Ill­ness teacher. He has been mar­ried to his wife Bar­bara since 1980, and togeth­er, they are the proud par­ents of Jes­si­ca and Jason.
