Dr. Yosef Gotlieb was born in Costa Rica, raised and educated in the US, and has lived in Israel since 1984. He is a writer of prose, poetry and nonfiction, including Self-Determination in the Middle East and Development, Environment and Global Dysfunction. A geographer, Dr. Gotlieb is on the faculty of the David Yellin College, Jerusalem. His is now at work on Dance of the Uroboros, a novel.
