Yair Mintzker is professor of history at Princeton University. Born and raised in Jerusalem, he studied at Tel-Aviv University and received his Ph.D. from Stanford University. Mintzker is the author of two books and the recipient of many prizes and fellowships, including ones from the Institute of Advanced Study in Princeton and the Wissenschaftskolleg in Berlin.
