Melis­sa Alt­man Lin­sky is an Adjunct Pro­fes­sor of Sports Law at Emory Uni­ver­si­ty School of Law. A grad­u­ate of UCLA and Emory, she prac­ticed trade­mark law before becom­ing in-house coun­sel at the Atlanta Hawks, Atlanta Thrash­ers, and Philips Are­na. She now teach­es and con­sults on sports and mar­ket­ing legal issues.
