Mark Naggar, born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama to immigrant Jewish parents, earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Alabama. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, he currently lives in Atlanta where he works for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The Rooster’s Crow is Mark’s first book.
