Katherine Fennelly has a Ph.D. from Columbia University and is known for her research on immigration and health. After discovering her Jewish roots as an adult, she began studying her own family ancestry. When not tracking down classified documents, Katherine volunteers for refugee-serving organizations and enjoys biking in Prospect Park and spending time with her daughters and granddaughters in Brooklyn, New York.
