I pre­vi­ous­ly designed train­ing pro­grams for exec­u­tives of crim­i­nal jus­tice pro­grams at the fed­er­al, state, and local lev­el. My work required bring­ing togeth­er per­sons of vary­ing exper­tise, such as judges and police offi­cers, and cre­at­ing a teach­ing cur­ricu­lum that pro­vid­ed advanced learn­ing and col­lab­o­ra­tion for­mu­lat­ed to edu­cate oth­ers of sim­i­lar back­ground in state-of-art arrest, adju­di­ca­tion and deten­tion strategies.
