Here is another harmless board book for little hands to hold and for little heads to hopefully hold the ideas communicated. Through poetic language and repetition of the main idea, the book nicely explains that Shabbat” lives everywhere: at the Sabbath table, at the synagogue observance, in the home and out in the world. Pleasant pictures capture the symbols of the holiday and the customs of the people who celebrate it with family and friends. This book is fine for children 2 to 4 years old who use books hard and often rip regular paper pages in their zeal for reading.”
