Red Love

Red Love, a tragicomic masterpiece, is based on the Rosenberg case, the most notorious Soviet espionage trial of the twentieth century. David Evanier, winner of the Aga Khan Fiction Prize and a one-time insider into American Communism, writes with satiric bite and deep humanity. Red Love assumes what many books inspired by the Rosenberg case have labored to deny: the guilt of the Rosenbergs. Evanier interviewed many of the key figures in the case, including other members of the Rosenberg spy ring, members of Julius Rosenberg’s family, and the FBI agents that apprehended the Rosenbergs.
