Ami Sands Brodoff is the award-winning author of three novels and two volumes of stories. Her novel, The White Space Between, about a mother and daughter struggling with the impact of the Holocaust, won The Canadian Jewish Book Award for Fiction. Ami leads creative writing workshops for teens, adults and seniors. She’s been awarded fellowships to Yaddo, Banff, VCCA, Ragdale, and the St. James Cavalier Centre for Creativity (Malta). She divides her time between Montreal and NYC and lives with her husband, children, and super-active Brittany Spaniel Xeno.
