Dr. Alon Gratch is an Israeli-American clinical psychologist, organizational consultant, and author. As a psychologist, he has been on the faculty of Columbia University’s Department of Clinical Psychology, and as a consultant he has advised Pepsi, Colgate-Palmolive, Nabisco, and the NFL. Dr. Gratch is the author of two previous books: If Men Could Talk and If Love Could Think.
