Josh Rolnick is Jewish Book Councli’s fiction editor. His debut short story collection, Pulp and Paper, won the 2011 John Simmons Short Fiction Award. Rolnick is publisher of Sh’ma: A journal of Jewish ideas, former managing editor of Moment, and founder of Moment’s short story contest for Jewish fiction. He holds an MFA from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, and was a graduate scholar at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Rolnick serves on several Jewish communal boards, including JTA and Jewish Book Council.
