Join us to cel­e­brate the launch of the 2025 issue of JBC’s annu­al lit­er­ary jour­nal, Paper Brigade! 

Paper Brigade is named in hon­or of the group of writ­ers and intel­lec­tu­als in the Vil­na Ghet­to who res­cued thou­sands of Jew­ish books and doc­u­ments from destruc­tion by the Nazis. The pub­li­ca­tion cel­e­brates the breadth and diver­si­ty of today’s Jew­ish lit­er­ary land­scape in Amer­i­ca and abroad. Our 2025 issue focus­es on the theme of home. 

This free, vir­tu­al launch will include read­ings and pre­sen­ta­tions by con­trib­u­tors Anto­nia Angress, Katya Apekina, Maya Arad, Rey­zl Grace, Sam­my Harkham, Richard Ho, Barak Kas­sar, Jen­ny Kroik, Josh Logue, Josh Rol­nick, Yaara She­hori, Nina Sie­gal, Basia Wino­grad, and Yael van der Wouden.
