Los Angeles native Annie Wood is a neurodiverse writer, poet, TV/Film/VO actor, and internationally exhibited artist. Her work has been published in several publications, including The Huffington Post, Tiny Buddha, El Portal Literary Journal, Digging Press Literary Journal, Original Works, Applause, Witcraft and Smith & Kraus Publishing. She has written three novels published in several languages: Dandy Day, A Quantum Love Adventure, and Just a Girl in the Whirl (Speaking Volumes Press). Her most recent debut is Brightness the Bird Girl, a children’s book that she wrote and illustrated about not fitting in and what to do about it.
