Sheila H. Katz Ph.D. is Professor of Middle East History and Contemplative Studies in the multidisciplinary Liberal Arts Department at Berklee College of Music and previously taught at Harvard University where she received her doctorate. She authored Women and Gender in Early Palestinian and Jewish Nationalism and lived in Jerusalem working with Israelis and Palestinians and Israelis on tough issues.
