Richard Hurowitz is a writer and the pub­lish­er of the Octa­vian Report. His writ­ing has appeared in The New York Times, The Finan­cial Times, The Wall Street Jour­nal, The Boston Globe, The Times (Lon­don), The Los Ange­les Times, TIME, His­to­ry Today, and The Jerusalem Post. He grad­u­at­ed from Yale Uni­ver­si­ty, where he stud­ied his­to­ry, and from Colum­bia Law School.
