Moshe Arens is former defense and foreign affairs minister of the State of Israel. In 1982, he served as Israel’s ambassador to Washington. An aeronautical engineer, he taught at the Technion, the Israeli Institute of Technology, and for ten years was senior vice-president of Israel Aero-Space Industries, where he won the Israel Defense Prize. He is the author of Broken Covenant, Simon & Shuster (1995), and Flags OverThe Warsaw Ghetto, Gefen Publishing House (2011).
