Lau­ra Geller, Rab­bi Emeri­ta of Tem­ple Emanuel of Bev­er­ly Hills, one of Newsweek​’s 50 Most Influ­en­tial Rab­bis in Amer­i­ca, was rec­og­nized by nex​tav​enue​.org as a 2017 Influ­encer in Aging. A Fel­low of the Cor­po­ra­tion of Brown Uni­ver­si­ty, she serves on the boards of Encore​.org and the Jew­ish Wom­en’s Archive. She was ordained in 1976, the third woman rab­bi in the Reform Movement.
