A grad­u­ate of Har­vard Col­lege and Colum­bia Busi­ness School, Karen co-found­ed Strate­gic Hori­zons, an exec­u­tive coach­ing firm after work­ing at McK­in­sey, man­ag­ing restau­rants, and train­ing as a chef. A Dal­las native, Karen lives with her hus­band in Brook­lyn, NY, and South Hero, Ver­mont. She is the proud moth­er of two sons. Karen is a past pres­i­dent of Brook­lyn Heights Synagogue.
