Helen Mar­tin Block is the child of Holo­caust sur­vivors. She serves on the board of direc­tors of Save West­port Now. She is cur­rent­ly at work on a fan­ta­sy nov­el involv­ing a mys­ti­cal spell seen through the lens of Kab­bal­ah and enrolled at the Sack­ett Street Writ­ers’ Workshop.
