Dr. Lam­bert is the co-founder of Con­fi­dante, Inc., a San Fran­cis­co Bay Area human resources con­sult­ing com­pa­ny that spe­cial­izes in the pre­ven­tion and man­age­ment of dis­rup­tive work­place behav­ior and trau­mat­ic events. Since 1985, she has worked with employ­ers inter­est­ed in cre­at­ing work­place har­mo­ny through the on-site man­age­ment of com­plex indi­vid­ual per­for­mance and inter­per­son­al prob­lems and exec­u­tive coaching.
