Sam Sussman is the author of Boy from the North Country, a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award in Fiction and USA Today Bestseller, reviewed by Kirkus as “the most beautiful mother-son story in recent memory.” Sussman wrote the Harper’s memoir, The Silent Type: On (Possibly) Being Bob Dylan’s Son. Originally from the Hudson Valley, he has lived in Jerusalem and Berlin and holds a B.A. from Swarthmore and an M.Phil from Oxford.
