Robert P. Watson, Ph.D. is a historian and political commentator with 40 books to his name, including America’s First Crisis , which received a 2014IPPY Gold Medal for history. He has been interviewed thousands of times by media outlets throughout the world, including the BBC, The New York Times, the Associated Press, USA Today, and so on, and is the political analyst for WPTV5 (NBC) in south Florida. He is a professor at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.
