The Oppor­tu­ni­ty

The Direc­tor of Devel­op­ment (DOD) will be JBC’s senior devel­op­ment pro­fes­sion­al respon­si­ble for lead­ing all fundrais­ing oper­a­tions, main­tain­ing cur­rent phil­an­thropic sup­port, and iden­ti­fy­ing and pur­su­ing new oppor­tu­ni­ties and donor pipelines for growth. In col­lab­o­ra­tion with the CEO, the Direc­tor of Devel­op­ment will cre­ate and exe­cute a com­pre­hen­sive annu­al devel­op­ment plan and strat­e­gy to secure and expand JBC’s indi­vid­ual and insti­tu­tion­al fundrais­ing rev­enues. In addi­tion to lead­ing all
devel­op­ment activ­i­ties and oper­a­tions, the DOD will part­ner close­ly with, and sup­port, the CEO in her engage­ment with major donors and prospects and staff and sup­port the work of the Board of Direc­tors and the Board Advance­ment Committee.
