W.H. Rosenthal, Ed.D, Professor Emeritus Michigan State University, has sold shoes, dug ditches, worked in a tractor factory, failed as a pre-med student, hiked the Grand Canyon, flown Grumman Cougars (f9f‑8) as a Naval Aviator. He lives in East Lansing with his wife, two dogs, and a parrot.
