Vic­to­ria Kel­ly is a grad­u­ate of Har­vard Uni­ver­si­ty, Trin­i­ty Col­lege in Dublin, and the Iowa Writ­ers’ Work­shop. She is the author of the poet­ry col­lec­tion When the Men Go Off to War, the first orig­i­nal poet­ry pub­li­ca­tion in the his­to­ry of the Naval Insti­tute Press.
