Rachel Hall has twice won the Lilith fic­tion prize, as well as hon­ors and awards from Glim­mer Train, New Let­ters, Bread Loaf Writ­ers’ Con­fer­ence, Salton­stall Foun­da­tion for the Arts, Rag­dale and the Ox-Bow School of the Arts. She holds an MFA from Indi­ana Uni­ver­si­ty and teach­es lit­er­a­ture and writ­ing at the State Uni­ver­si­ty of New York in Gene­seo, where she holds the Chan­cel­lor’s Award for Excel­lence in Teaching.
