R.M. Romero has an MFA in Cre­ative Writ­ing from the Uni­ver­si­ty of South­ern Maine’s Stonecoast grad­u­ate pro­gram and a BA in His­to­ry and Edu­ca­tion. A vis­it to Krakow, Poland, kin­dled her pas­sion for his­to­ry and ignit­ed the inspi­ra­tion for this novel.
