Cara Tan­nen­baum is an award win­ning chef, cater­er, and Instruc­tor at the Insti­tute of Culi­nary Edu­ca­tion. In her first cook­book, Cara has cre­at­ed recipes fea­tur­ing Moth­er Nature’s most ver­sa­tile and nutri­tious ingre­di­ents, nuts and seeds. She has two daugh­ters in col­lege, and lives in Mamaro­neck, New York.
